First Graders Study Kevin Henkes
Mrs. Hodgson's first graders have read several books written by Kevin Henkes. As part of their studies, they watched a Smartboard
video about how he writes and illustrates his books. Then they voted on their favorite, and two of the
winners were Lilly's Purple Plastic Purse and Julius, Baby of the World.
