7th Grade Newspapers

Mrs. Ryan and her students are always at work understanding and creating real-life writing samples. Recently, they studied newspaper writing. They spent time studying articles in the St. Louis Post Dispatch to see samples of real articles, understand the research involved, and to assess how news writing differs from other sorts of writing. You just might see their byline in the Post one day!
